COMMITMENT TO MAKE REVOLVING CREDIT LOANS AND SUPPORT LETTERS OF CREDIT. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Revolving Credit Lenders shall make Revolving Credit Loans and the Agent shall cause L/C's to be issued for the account of the Lead Borrower, in each instance if duly and timely requested by the Lead Borrower as provided herein provided that: (a) The amount of the loan or advance or L/C so requested does not exceed Availability.
