Committee Action -- Appeal. If the bargaining unit member is not satisfied with the decision of the Director of Adult Education, he/she may appeal that decision to the committee. By majority vote, the committee shall approve the PEP application, request additional information from the applicant, or disapprove the application. If the committee is deadlocked on the appeal, the matter will be submitted to the Superintendent or his/her designee for a decision.
