Common use of Committee Release Clause in Contracts

Committee Release. 3.13.1 MPCEA members participating in Campus Committees shall be granted necessary release time for those activities. MPCEA Committee members shall provide their immediate supervisors with 24-hour notice of those activities. 3.13.2 MPCEA members shall be granted 1 hour per month to attend official MPCEA activities, to be made up within the same pay period.
