COMMON SERVICES. The proprietors acknowledge that some services including, pipes, wires cabling and ducts that carry water, sewer, electricity, gas, storm water and communications that are shared by all or some lots may be partly located within a lot. The proprietor of a lot will not object, remove or interfere with these services and will comply with section 11 of the Act and permit entry to its lot by the strata company or its agents to repair and maintain a service. A copy of the plan for all services will be retained in the strata company records.

The specific terms and scope of the common services are set forth in the User Rules.
COMMON SERVICES. Services not specifically identifiable to individual business units but provide benefit to all. Examples include HR Direct On-line and Dial and HR Finance services. Costs are included in the SSC department budgets based on work driven by each department. For example most HR Direct calls are generated related to payroll or benefits, therefore those departments pay the bulk of the operating expense for HR Direct.
