Communication about Service Interruptions. The parties must comply with any requirements relating to communication about Service Interruptions set out in Schedule 5.
Service Interruptions The Company may need to interrupt Your access to the Website to perform maintenance or emergency services on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. You agree that Your access to the Website may be affected by unanticipated or unscheduled downtime, for any reason, but that the Company shall have no liability for any damage or loss caused as a result of such downtime.
