Communication by telephone. You acknowledge that any and all telephone conversations may be recorded by Malacca Securities and shall constitute the property of Malacca Securities. You further consent to the use of such recordings and transcripts thereof by Malacca Securities for any purpose, including admission as evidence in the event of any dispute.
