Communication of Diversity and Workplace Harassment Policy and Procedure. The Master Employment Equity Committee will develop a Diversity in the Workplace handbook, including, but not limited to topics such as, diversity awareness, harassment, employment equity and Appendix O. Further, media coverage of the policy and procedure will be incorporated in the equity plan communication strategy.
