Communication with Accountants. The Borrower hereby authorizes (and shall cause the Servicer to authorize) the Lenders, the Managing Agents and the Administrative Agent to communicate directly with its independent certified public accountants and authorizes and shall instruct those accountants and advisors to disclose and make available to the Lenders, the Managing Agents and the Administrative Agent any and all financial statements and other supporting financial documents, schedules and information relating to the Borrower or the Servicer (including copies of any issued management letters) and to discuss matters with respect to its business, financial condition and other affairs.
