Communications and Information. (a) Residents are required to know and comply with all terms and conditions contained within the University Housing Contract and Addenda. The Contract and Addenda may be found on the University Housing & Dining website. (b) Students are expected to be aware of and comply with all policies in the Clemson Student Code of Conduct, all official print or electronic University publications, and federal and state laws.
Communications and Information. (a) All communications to the Obligors' Agent (or any Affiliate of the Obligors' Agent) under or in connection with the Interim Finance Documents are, unless otherwise specified in the relevant Interim Finance Document, to be made by or through the Interim Facility Agent. Each Interim Finance Party will notify the Interim Facility Agent of, and provide the Interim Facility Agent with a copy of, any communication between that Interim Finance Party and the Obligors' Agent (or Affiliate of the Obligors' Agent) on any matter concerning the Interim Facility or the Interim Finance Documents. (b) No Agent will be obliged to transmit to or notify any other Interim Finance Party of any information relating to any Party which that Agent has or may acquire otherwise than in connection with the Interim Facility or the Interim Finance Documents. (c) In acting as agent for the Interim Lenders, each Agent's agency division will be treated as a separate entity from any of its other divisions or department (the Other Divisions). Any information relating to any Group Company acquired by any of the Other Divisions of an Agent or which in the opinion of that Agent is acquired by it otherwise than in its capacity as Agent under the Interim Finance Documents may be treated by it as confidential and will not be treated as information available to the other Interim Finance Parties.

(c) In acting as Security Agent for the Beneficiaries or any of them, the Security Agent’s banking division shall be treated as a separate entity from any other of its divisions (or similar unit of the Security Agent in any subsequent re-organisation) or subsidiaries (the “Other Divisions”) and, in the event that the Security Agent should act for the Parent or any member of the Group in a corporate finance or other advisory capacity (“Advisory Capacity”), any information given by the Parent, the Coordinator or any other member of the Group to one of the Other Divisions is to be treated as confidential and will not be available to the Beneficiaries or the banking division of the Security Agent without the prior written consent of the Coordinator, provided that: (i) the consent of the Coordinator shall not be required in relation to any information which the Security Agent reasonably determines relates to a Default or in respect of which the Beneficiaries to which such information is disclosed have given a confidentiality undertaking in a form satisfactory to the Security Agent and the relevant member of the Group acting reasonably; and (ii) if representatives or employees of the Security Agent receive i...

(b) Official University communications are sent regularly via email; therefore, students should check their University assigned email account daily. Failure to be aware of updated policies, procedures or other information does not relieve a student from responsibility or obligation.

The bulletin board shall be located in a location accessible to employees (one in the School Building and one in the Residence Building). (b) The Employer shall, where facilities permit, make available to the Union specific locations on its premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Union. (c) The Employer shall permit union communications to be delivered to employees using the electronic and physical delivery systems currently available. (d) The Employer will transcribe any information that it has generated for distribution to employees into Braille or some other appropriate means of communications if the employee requests transcription.
