The Student will comply with the reasonable instructions, policies, guidelines, and rules of the Host Organisation. If any difficulties arise during the placement, including concerns about health and safety, or the Student’s behaviour, these shall be raised by the Host Organisation as soon as possible with the University representative, the designated EASTBIO DTP representative. The University representative will initiate communication with the Student and Host Organisation Supervisor in order to monitor the Student’s attendance and placement progress. This may involve requesting visiting arrangements to be set in place to discuss and optimise the learning process surrounding the Internship. Within 3 months of ending the PIPS and before month 36 of the PhD, the Student agrees to complete and submit to the UKRI BBSRC an online Placement Report and inform the EASTBIO DTP Manager of doing so. The Student also agrees to provide feedback detailing their experiences of their Internship and indicate their commitment to present on this to further student cohorts at EASTBIO training events. The guidance from EASTBIO includes a clause about the student’s obligation to seek confirmation from the PIPS Host Organisation before any confidential information regarding the placement project can be shared publicly.
Communications and Reporting. Avista and the Seller shall maintain appropriate operating communications through the Communicating and Reporting Guidelines specified in Exhibit E.
Communications and Reporting. 1. The State Impact Center will not have a proprietary interest in the work product generated by the Legal Fellow during the fellowship. The State Impact Center will not be authorized to obtain confidential work product from the Legal Fellow unless the Legal Fellow has obtained prior authorization from the Legal Fellow’s supervisor at the AGO. 2. Notwithstanding the above, the AGO will provide periodic reports to the State Impact Center regarding the work of the Legal Fellow. These reports will include a narrative summary, subject to confidentiality restrictions, of the work of the legal fellow and the contribution that the Legal Fellow has made to the clean energy, climate change, and environmental initiatives of the AGO. These reports will be provided pursuant to the following schedule: a. Activity for the period from the beginning of the Fellowship Period until April 30, 2018 will be provided no later than May 15, 2018. b. Activity for the period from May 1, 2018 through July 31, 2018 will be provided no later than August 15, 2018. c. Activity for the period from August 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019 will be provided no later than February 15, 2019. d. A final report for activity from the beginning of the Fellowship Period until the end of the Fellowship Period will be provided within fifteen (15) business days of the end of the Fellowship Period. 3. The AGO acknowledges that New York University may be required to make filings or disclosures on that reference the AGO, the Legal Fellow, or the Legal Fellowship Program, and that the AGO is not required to review or approve any such filings except where New York University requests such review or approval. 4. In addition to the formal reporting requirements, the AGO and the Legal Fellow will collaborate with the State Impact Center on clean energy, climate change, and environmental matters in which the Legal Fellow is engaged, including coordination on related public announcements. 5. Communications and Reporting. Conduct detailed and comprehensive design kickoff meeting to discuss project with the City and other stakeholders. • Conduct submittal review meetings with the CITY at the end of each design task/phase (30% and 90%). • Prepare and submit monthly invoices with progress reports digitally to the CITY. • Prepare an overall project schedule and submit to the City in their desired format. ENGINEER will update project schedule after each submittal and include any changes required. • When requested by City, Engineer shall attend conferences with authorized representatives of City regarding the project and such other conferences as may be necessary in the opinion of City so that the plans and specifications which are to be developed hereunder by Engineer will result in providing facilities which are economical in design and conform to instruction from City of Mansfield. • Engineer shall advise City with regard to the necessity for subcontract work such as special surveys, tests, test borings, or other subsurface investigations in connection with design and engineering work to be performed hereunder. Engineer shall also advise City concerning the results of same. Such surveys, tests, and investigations shall be made only upon authorization by and at the expense of City. • ENGINEER shall be responsible for coordinating with governmental agencies, Railroads, Pipeline Companies, and other Engineering/surveying firms, as necessary for conformance to local, regional, and national standards and regulations. ENGINEER shall be responsible for assisting the CITY with preparing and submitting required permits. Permitting fees shall be the responsibility of CITY.

Upon referral of a shelter/xxxxxx youth by San Mateo County’s Children and Family Services, or change in placement, the educational liaison will notify the appropriate district and school liaison of the new xxxxxx youth. b. Provide complete academic reports for all County shelter/xxxxxx care students who attend school in San Mateo County. These reports will be provided by February 15th, July 15th and October 15th of each calendar year. c. Provide consultation and information to social workers as they prepare for Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) and other educational meetings. d. Maintain data on the academic progress of and services provided to County shelter/xxxxxx care students attending school in San Mateo County. e. Participate in and provide data as requested for joint meetings of representatives of the San Mateo County Human Services Agency and all San Mateo County schools that serve San Mateo County Foster Youth.
