Communications / Notice. Vivus shall provide to the Vivus Sales Employees any notices required by applicable law or regulation in connection with the prospective termination of their employment with Vivus. Vivus shall provide ALZA with drafts of all proposed notices and communications to the Vivus Sales Employees, and provide ALZA a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on such materials, provided that any notice or communication that relates to ALZA or potential employment with ALZA shall be subject to ALZA's prior approval.
