Communications Regarding Compliance Matters. The Servicer agrees to comply with, and any Successor Servicer, by accepting its appointment as such, agrees to cooperate in good faith with any reasonable request by Xxxxx or the Transferor for information which is required in order to enable Xxxxx or the Transferor to comply with reporting requirements under the Exchange Act and any other Requirements of Law to the extent applicable.
