Community Standards. 1. I agree to abide by the Community Standards, which are appended hereto as Appendix A. I acknowledge that the Community Standards apply to me not only when I am in the building in which my Room is assigned but also while I am on any University Housing premises, which includes, but is not limited to, Common Areas, community centers, entry areas, hallways, parking areas, courtyards, terraces, decks, grounds, elevators, stairwells, playfields, and dining facilities. 2. I agree to abide by all regulations, policies and standards of the University and HFS. Should my guests or I fail to comply with the conduct regulations, policies and standards of the University and HFS including, but not limited to, the Community Standards and the Student Conduct Code WAC 478-121, the University may take disciplinary action against me pursuant to the Residential Life Conduct Process and/or the Student Conduct Code, except that, for allegations that, if true, would constitute sexual harassment (EDFR prohibited conduct) under WAC ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, disciplinary action against me will follow the process described in Part VII of the Student Conduct Code.

Community Standards. A. As a condition of residing in Student Housing, Student agrees to act with proper regard and mutual respect for other students, guests, and University staff. While living at Student Housing, Student agrees to abide by the Student Housing Community Standards (“Community Standards”), which are attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated as part of this Agreement by this reference, and which may be amended by the University during the term of this Agreement. Student also agrees to comply with the provisions of Appendices A & B, which may be amended by the University from time to time and which are attached to and incorporated as part of this Agreement by this reference. B. Additionally, Student acknowledges that Student is subject to the University Student Conduct Code and that Student is responsible for the conduct of Student’s guests. Should a Student or a Student’s guest fail to comply with the Community Standards, the provisions set forth in Appendices A through B, and/or the Student Conduct Code, the University may declare Student to be in breach of this Agreement, thus requiring Student to vacate from Student Housing, and/or take disciplinary action against Student. C. Student understands that student is subject to both the Residential Life Student Conduct Process and the University Student Conduct Code, which may be found at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/cssc/ .

Furthermore, I acknowledge that I am responsible for the behavior of my guests. B. I acknowledge that I am subject to the Student Conduct Code for the University of Washington, which may be found at ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇. C. I agree to abide by all regulations, policies and standards of the University and HFS. Community Standards. Regardless of your user type, by participating in the Program, you are becoming a member of a community that depends on the goodwill and responsible behavior of each of our Users. Users are required to refrain from transmission or communication of images or text constituting ethnic slurs, obscenities, sexually explicit material, inflammatory or derogatory comments, or anything else that may be construed as harassing or offensive, which is targeted at the Program, the Company Properties, our employees, contractors or agents, Rewards Providers, or other Users. This includes communications by means of social media or other Internet posts that violate the above community standards or promote or encourage gaming or fraudulent behavior. Members who violate this provision, as determined by us in our sole discretion, may have their access to the Program suspended or terminated without prior notice. All Rewards posted to the App shall be subject to the provisions of Appendix D, Prohibited Items Policy.

Community Standards. A. Conduct 1. I will respect the rights, privileges and property of other members of the College community and visitors to campus. 2. I will refrain from any conduct that would interfere with College operations or endanger the health, welfare or safety of other persons, myself or animals used by persons with disabilities. 3. I will refrain from any conduct that, in the College’s sole judgment, would violate any city, county, state or federal laws. This conduct includes, but is not limited to, theft; robbery; possession of stolen property; damage to or unauthorized possession, use or removal of College property; gambling or wagering activities, directing lasers at any person or mode of transportation; and unauthorized use of any service (e.g., LC-ID Card, building access cards, authorization codes). 4. Community Standards. I understand that by accepting ACDS’s offer of enrollment of the Student, I am willingly entering into a partnership for the benefit of the Student, personally, and the ACDS community, corporately. Accordingly, I understand and agree that it is our responsibility, as members of the ACDS community, to uphold standards of conduct and resolution of disputes in a way that promotes the well-being of the Student and the ACDS community.
