Company Benefit Plans. (i) The Company has Previously Disclosed all benefit plans, agreements, commitments, practices or arrangements of any type maintained or sponsored by the Company or any Company Subsidiary for its current and former employees, directors and consultants and the compensation paid to all its directors, to its Chief Executive Officer, its Chief Financial Officer, and its three most highly compensated officers other than its Chief Executive Officer and its Chief Financial Officer who were serving as officers at December 31, 2010. “Company Benefit Plans” means all benefit and compensation plans, agreements, commitments, practices or arrangements of any type maintained or sponsored by the Company or any Company Subsidiary for its current and former employees, directors and individual consultants.
