Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has sold, transferred, licensed, disclosed, made available to the public or otherwise released for distribution any of its customer files and other customer information relating to the Company’s or any of its Subsidiaries current and former customers. Except for information as provided to sales representatives (which information is subject to a customary non-disclosure agreement), no Person other than the Company or one of its Subsidiaries possesses or has any claims or rights with respect to use of such customer files and other customer information.
