Company Customer Information. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has sold, transferred, licensed, disclosed, made available to the public or otherwise released for distribution any of its customer files or other customer information relating to the Company’s or any Subsidiary’s current and former Customers (the “Company Customer Information”). Except for information as provided to sales representatives (which information is subject to a customary non-disclosure agreement), no Person other than the Company or a Subsidiary possesses or has any claims or rights with respect to use of the Company Customer Information.
