Common use of Company Instructions Clause in Contracts

Company Instructions. Any instructions given to the Warrant Agent orally, as permitted by any provision of this Warrant Agent Agreement, shall be confirmed in writing by the Company as soon as practicable. The Warrant Agent shall not be liable or responsible and shall be fully authorized and protected for acting, or failing to act, in accordance with any oral instructions that do not conform with the written confirmation received in accordance with this Section 4.5.4.
