Common use of Company’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Company’s Representative. 8.1 The Company's Representative shall be the person named in the Schedule 1 or such other person nominated in writing by the Company from time to time to act in the name of the Company for the purposes of this Agreement. 8.2 The Company's Representative shall have power to issue instructions to the Supplier on any matter relating to the provision of the Services and the Supplier shall comply therewith. 8.3 From time to time the Company's Representative may appoint one or more representatives to act for the Company's Representative generally or for specified purposes or periods. Any act or instruction of any such representative shall be treated as an act or instruction of the Company’s Representative.
