Compassionate Visit. If We have accepted a Claim for Accidental Death, Permanent Total Disablement, Permanent Partial Disablement or Temporary Total Disablement in accordance with Benefit 1, 2, 3 or 4 of Section A, then We will reimburse the costs of to and fro economy class ticket up to the limit specified in the Policy Schedule / Certificate of Insurance for one of the Insured Person’s Immediate Relatives to travel from their place of residence to the location of the Insured Person.
Compassionate Visit. If You suffer a Serious Injury or Serious Illness during Your Overseas Journey and as a result of this, confined in a Hospital as a registered in- patient for more than three (3) consecutive days and no other Adult Family Member is with You, We will reimburse the reasonable and necessary Common Carrier (economy class return fare) expenses and Hotel accommodation including any mandatory taxes and charges incurred by one (1) person to travel from Malaysia to be with You until You are discharged from the Hospital: If You suffer a Disability during Your Journey which results in death and no other Adult Family Member is with You, We will reimburse the reasonable and necessary Common Carrier (economy class return fare) expenses and Hotel accommodation including any mandatory taxes and charges incurred by one (1) person to travel from Malaysia to attend Your repatriation burial or cremation at the place of Your death.
Compassionate Visit. In the event of an Insured Person sustaining Accidental Serious Bodily Injury or sudden Serious Sickness or death during the Covered Trip resulting in Hospital confinement outside Hong Kong, the Company will, subject to the Terms of this Policy, arrange and pay for the reasonable hotel accommodation and traveling expenses necessarily incurred by one of the Immediate Family Member or one Traveling Companion of Insured Person to travel to or stay behind, to be with and/or take care of the injured Insured Person. All decisions as to the selection of airline and the selection of hotel will be made by the Emergency Assistance Provider. This Policy will not cover any visit that is not arranged by the Emergency Assistance Provider.
Compassionate Visit. In the event of the Insured suffering from serious Bodily Injury or sudden Illness that requires Emergency treatment and resulting in hospital confinement outside his/her Place of Residence for more than 10 (ten) consecutive days, IPA will on behalf of the Company arrange and pay for the cost of round-trip scheduled airline (on economy fare basis) for a relative or designated person of the Insured to travel from the Insured's Place of Residence to the Insured's bedside, including the cost of an ordinary room accommodation in any reasonable hotel up to HKD1,200.00 per day for a maximum period of 5 (five) consecutive days, but excluding the cost of drinks, meals and other room services. The maximum amount payable under this section is HKD40,000.

Compassionate Visit. We will indemnify the costs of a return journey undertaken by air/ rail/ road (to and fro) up to the limit specified in the Policy Schedule under this Benefit for one of the Insured Person’s Immediate Relative to travel from the place of the Immediate Relative’s residence to the Hospital where the Insured Person is hospitalized, in case Hospitalization of the Insured Person extends beyond 5 consecutive days provided that:
(a) We have accepted a Claim for In-patient Treatment or Day Care Treatment under the Policy Further,
(a) In case of Individual policy, this payout will available on individual basis and in case of Floater Policy the payout will be available on floater basis.
(b) The payment under this benefit is over and above the Base Sum Insured.
(c) For the purpose of this Benefit, the term “Immediate Relative” would mean the Insured Person’s spouse, children or parents.
Compassionate Visit. The Company will reimburse up to the Maximum Benefit as stated in the Schedule of Benefits for the reasonable additional Accommodation and/or Travel Ticket necessarily incurred by one (1) adult Immediate Family Member to fly over or one (1) Traveling Companion of the Insured Person to fly over or stay behind, to be with and/or take care of the Insured Person, following the death, Serious Injury Or Serious Sickness of the Insured Person during the insured Journey. This coverage can only be utilized once during the insured Journey.
Compassionate Visit. IPA may arrange and pay for the cost of an economy round trip transportation plus accommodation expenses up to HK$16,000 for a person chosen by the Member, or a relative if the Member is unable to choose due to his condition, to join him if the Member has been in Hospital Confinement abroad for more than seven (7) consecutive days.

In the event of you suffering from serious physical injury or serious illness and being confined to a hospital as a resident in-patient for over three consecutive days outside Hong Kong, we will arrange and pay for one economy class return airfare for a relative or a friend of you to accompany
Compassionate Visit. In the event the Insured Person is hospitalized for five (5) or more consecutive days for any Injury sustained and / or Illness contracted during the period of insurance at any place that is a part of the Trip covered, and his/her medical condition forbids repatriation and no adult Family Member / Relative or adult Travelling Companion is present, We will provide: • A round trip economy class air ticket to allow one Family Member or Relative, during the period of hospitalization within period of Insurance, to be at his /her aid for the duration of stay in the Hospital; Provided that: • The Hospitalization has been advised by the Medical Practitioner attending on the Insured and such Hospitalization is admitted under Section 1 (1.1 Medical Expenses – Accident and Illness or 1.14 Medical Expenses - Accident Only) Cover of this Policy; and • The need of such assistance is essential in the opinion of the Medical Practitioner attending on the Insured and recommended by him/ her accordingly. • It is a condition precedent to the Company's liability hereunder that the need for such special assistance and consequent visit of any one of the Family Member or Relative from particular place is also approved by the Assistance Service Provider before any one of the Family Member or Relative undertakes the Trip • The Family member’s return travel to the Country of Residence shall commence not later than the date of the Insured Person’s return to the Country of Residence. • The Company’s liability under this Cover, however, in respect of any one event or all events of Hospitalization during the Period of Insurance shall not in total exceed the Sum Insured as specified in the Part I of the Policy Schedule In case of Individual Policy, this payout will be available on individual basis and in case of Floater Policy the payout will be available on floater basis.
