Compensation Adjustment Upon Repricing. 1. The basic rate of pay of an Employee whose position is in a class which is repriced to a higher pay range shall be adjusted in the manner as adjustments for promotion. 2. The basic rate of pay of an Employee whose position is in a class which is repriced to a lower pay range shall be adjusted in the manner as adjustments are prescribed in paragraph C.3.
