COMPENSATION FOR EXTENDED DAYS. The psychologists, learning disabilities/interrelated specialists, autism specialists, emotional disturbance specialists, vocational/special needs specialists, mental retardation specialists, IEP specialists, paraeducator specialists, reading specialists, math specialist and Assistive Technology specialists will be compensated for the extended days in an amount equal to 10% of the base of the current salary schedule.
