COMPENSATION FOR OVERTIME HOURS WORKED. Only regular full-time and regular part-time employees who are neither eligible for Administrative Leave nor considered as "exempt" employees under the provisions of the FLSA shall be paid in cash at a rate of one and one-half times their regular hourly rate of pay for each hour worked in excess of forty (40) hours during their Designated Work period.
