Compensation of Managers. Except as may be expressly provided for herein or hereafter approved by the Member, no payment will be made by the Company to any Manager for the services of such Manager or any partner or employee of the Manager.
Compensation of Managers. The Board may authorize reasonable compensation to members for their services as members of the Board and as members of the committees of the Board and may authorize the reimbursement of reasonable expenses incurred by members in connection with rendering those services.
Compensation of Managers. Managers, as such, shall not receive any stated salary for their services. Expenses of attendance, if any, may be allowed for attendance at each meeting of the Board; provided, however, that nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to preclude any Manager from serving the Company in any other capacity and receiving compensation for such service.
Compensation of Managers. Managers on the Board shall not be entitled to receive a fee for the manager’s services as a manager on the Board.

Compensation of Managers. The Members, by unanimous approval, shall have the authority to provide that any one or more of the Managers shall be compensated, and may, by unanimous approval, fix any compensation (which may include expenses) they elect to pay to any one or more of the Managers.
Compensation of Managers. The Managers shall be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the performance of their duties as Managers. In addition, the Independent Manager shall be entitled to reasonable compensation, in an amount determined from time to time by the Executive Committee.

Compensation of Managers. The Board shall have the authority to fix the compensation of Managers. The Managers may be paid their expenses, if any, of attendance at meetings of the Board, which may be a fixed sum for attendance at each meeting of the Board or a stated salary as Manager. No such payment shall preclude any Manager from serving the Company in any other capacity and receiving compensation therefor.
