Compensatory Leave Credit. Each bargaining unit member assigned to a 2,496-hour work year and at Step 0, LS1 or LS2 on the pay scale shall, on a one time basis, be credited with 72 hours of compensatory leave on their service increment date. Each bargaining unit member assigned to a 40- or 42-hour work week and at Step 0, LS1 or LS2 on the pay scale in FY10 shall, on a one time basis, be credited with a prorated number of hours of compensatory leave on their service increment date. This compensatory leave must be used as leave.

Compensatory Leave Credit. All employees of the bargaining unit who so request shall receive overtime in the form of compensatory leave credit at a rate of one and one-half (1.5) hours for each overtime hour worked in accordance with the provisions as set forth in section (A.) herein. Employees may not accrue more than sixty (60) hours of compensatory leave credit. Upon attaining a balance of sixty (60) hours, an employee shall receive overtime pay as set forth in section (A.) herein for all additional overtime hours worked until his/her compensatory leave credit balance falls below sixty (60) hours.

  • Special Compensatory Leave (A) Earning of Special Compensatory Leave Credits. Special compensatory leave credits may be earned only in the following instances:

  • Compensatory Leave At the employee's option, all or part of compensatory leave balances held at the beginning of active military duty may be:

  • Sick Leave Credit ‌ All employees will be able to draw on a block of nine days sick leave when they commence employment. Upon completion of their probationary period, an employee will be credited with sick leave back to the employee's starting date.   • Sick Leave Credit-Based Retirement Gratuities 1) A Teacher is not eligible to receive a sick leave credit gratuity after August 31, 2012, except a sick leave credit gratuity that the Teacher had accumulated and was eligible to receive as of that day.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave Credits 31.1.1 An employee shall earn in respect of each fiscal year, annual vacation leave with pay at the following rates for each calendar month in which the employee receives at least seventy-five (75) hours’ pay:

  • Vacation Leave Credits for Severance Pay Where the employee requests, the Employer shall grant the employee’s unused vacation leave credits prior to termination of employment if this will enable the employee, for purposes of severance pay, to complete the first (1st) year of continuous employment in the case of lay-off.

  • Restoration of Sick Leave Credit Employees who have been separated from state service and return to a position (except as temporary employees) within two (2) years shall have unused sick leave credits accrued during previous employment restored.
