Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC. The terms “competitive local exchange provider” and “CLEC” refer only to telecommunications carriers authorized by applicable federal and state laws and regulations to provide local exchange service. As used in this Agreement, these terms include NEVADA.

  • Switched Exchange Access Service The offering of transmission and switching services for the purpose of the origination or termination of Toll Traffic. Switched Exchange Access Services include but may not be limited to: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 700 access, 800 access, 888 access and 900 access.

The Competitive Supplier may terminate service to a Participating Consumer and return such consumer to a Basic Service in the event that the Participating Consumer fails to pay to Competitive Supplier amounts past-due greater than sixty (60) days.
