COMPLAINT HANDLING AND REPORTING. 8.1 Distributor shall be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a system for handling complaints pertaining to the process of distributing Products under the Agreement pursuant to current Distributor policy. This system shall include receipt, review, corrective/preventative action and maintenance of files. Distributor will not knowingly perform any Device Complaint handling, as defined below.
