Complaints Filed With. An employee or Union who believes that s/he/it has a grievance shall discuss the grievance informally with the applicable immediate non-bargaining unit supervisor. If this is not possible due to the absence of this supervisor, the employee or his/her Union may discuss the grievance informally with the applicable Division Manager.
