Completed Application. Your rental application for Residents and Occupants will not be considered “complete” and will not be processed until we receive the following documentation and fees:
a. Completed rental application for each applicant and co-applicant (if applicable)
b. Valid government-issued photo identification
c. Application fees for all applicants
d. Application deposit for the unit
Completed Application. An Application that satisfies all of the information and other requirements of the Tariff, including any required deposit.

Information and/or data that has been designated by an entity taking service under an ISO Tariff to be proprietary and confidential, provided that such designation is consistent with ISO Procedures and the applicable ISO Tariff, including the ISO Code of Conduct. A characteristic of the transmission system produced by a constraint on the optimum economic operation of the power system, such that the marginal price of Energy to serve the next increment of Load, exclusive of losses, at different locations on the transmission system is unequal. Congestion Rent. The opportunity costs of transmission Constraints on the NYS Transmission System. Congestion Rents are collected by the ISO from Loads through its facilitation of the LBMP Market Transactions and the collection of Transmission Usage Charges from Bilateral Transactions, and paid to Primary Holders. Control. The possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct the management or policies of a person or an entity. A voting interest of ten percent or more shall create a rebuttable presumption of control. There is a rebuttable presumption that an entity controls another entity if, either directly or indirectly: (i) an entity has ten percent or more of the ownership interest of another entity; or (ii) an entity has the ability to exercise ten percent or more of the voting interests of another entity.
Completed Application. A Completed Application shall provide all of the information listed below:
(a) The identity, address, telephone number and facsimile number of the entity requesting service;
(b) A statement that the entity requesting service is, or will be upon commencement of service, an Eligible Customer under the Tariff;
(c) The Point(s) of Receipt and the Point(s) of Delivery;
(d) The maximum amount of capacity requested at each Point of Receipt and Point of Delivery; and
(e) The proposed dates and hours for initiating and terminating Transmission Service hereunder. In addition to the information specified above, when required to properly evaluate system conditions, the Contractor or Transmission Provider also may ask the Transmission Customer to provide the following:
(f) The electrical location of the initial source of the power to be transmitted pursuant to the Transmission Customer’s request for service; and
(g) The electrical location of the ultimate load;
(h) Where Transmission Service is requested for the purposes of exporting electricity generated in Canada to the United States of America, the National Energy Board permit or licence number authorizing the export, a copy of which permit or licence shall have been provided to the Transmission Provider pursuant to Section 16.1(f) of the Tariff.
(i) A statement indicating that, if the Eligible Customer submits a Pre- Confirmed Application, the Eligible Customer will execute a Service Agreement upon receipt of notification that the Transmission Provider can provide the requested Transmission Service or that the Eligible Customer has already executed a Service Agreement. The Transmission Provider and the Contractor will treat the information in (f) and (g) as confidential at the request of the Transmission Customer except to the extent that disclosure of this information is required by this Tariff, by regulatory or judicial order or by Canadian law, for reliability purposes pursuant to Good Utility Practice, or pursuant to transmission information sharing agreements. The Transmission Provider and the Contractor shall treat this information consistent with the Transmission Provider’s standards of conduct.

The Transmission Provider shall treat this information consistent with the standards of conduct contained in Part 37 of the Commission's regulations.
(viii) A statement indicating that, if the Eligible Customer submits a Pre-Confirmed Application, the Eligible Customer will execute a Service Agreement upon receipt of notification that the Transmission Provider can provide the requested Transmission Service.
Completed Application. A Completed Application shall provide all of the information included in 18 CFR § 2.20 including but not limited to the following:
(i) The identity, address, telephone number and facsimile number of the entity requesting service;
(ii) A statement that the entity requesting service is, or will be upon commencement of service, an Eligible Customer under this Tariff;
(iii) The Service Commencement Date and the term of the requested Transmission Service; and
(iv) Any additional information required by the ISO pursuant to its planning process established in Attachment Y or otherwise. The ISO shall treat this information consistent with the standards of conduct contained in Part 37 of the Commission’s regulations and the Code of Conduct in Attachment F.
Completed Application. An Application that satisfies all of the information and other requirements herein, including any required deposit.
