Completion of Due Diligence Review. RTG shall have satisfactorily completed its due diligence review of Holdings and the Companies.
Completion of Due Diligence Review. Purchaser shall have completed its investigation and review of the books, records, business, contracts, operations and assets of Seller and shall be satisfied, in its sole and absolute discretion, with such review.
