Completion or expiration of the agreement. 5.1 The agreement shall be deemed to be completed on the approval by the Center of the last deliverable required or last payment by the Center, whichever shall be the latter. 5.2 Subject and without prejudice to the provisions in Part D of this annex, the participating institutions shall be deemed to have discharged their obligations in respect of the performance of the work after the approval of all the reports and any other deliverables required by the agreement.
