Compliance Information. CONTRACTOR agrees to furnish all information and reports required by the COUNTY as they relate to affirmative action and nondiscrimination, which may include any books, records, or accounts deemed appropriate to determine such compliance.

Compliance Information. Each Party shall, for the purpose of gathering information and/or providing oral or written reports, testimony, affidavits or other submissions relevant to any Governmental Approvals, Applicable Laws or in connection with any litigation, arbitration or administrative proceeding before any authority of competent jurisdiction: (i) deliver or cause to be delivered to the other Party any necessary or required certificates of its officers, accountants, engineers or agents; and/or (ii) make available necessary personnel with knowledge as to such matters.

Compliance Information. Upon request, either party shall provide any records or information reasonably necessary to monitor compliance with the terms of this Agreement. No party shall request the same or similar records or information more often than once per quarter except to the extent that the nature of the obligation being monitored requires more frequent reporting, as reasonably agreed upon by the parties.

Compliance Information. All annual financial statements pursuant to Section 6.4(a) and (b) and all quarterly financial statements pursuant to Section 6.4(c) and (d) will also be accompanied by a Compliance Certificate signed by the chief financial officer of the reporting entity or its general partner (as applicable) and setting forth, in reasonable detail, calculations demonstrating compliance with the financial covenants in Section 6.16. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Borrower and CCPT IV will be required to timely deliver such financial information as may be necessary to promptly and accurately calculate any financial ratio or covenant required under this Agreement even if such information is not specifically enumerated herein. Any review of any financial statements provided by Borrower or CCPT IV used to test any financial ratio or covenant will not waive Administrative Agent's rights to require further review or audit of such information or any rights if such further review or audit indicates financial information contrary to the financial statements provided by Borrower and/or CCPT IV.
