Compliance Measures. 1. The Party complained against shall take any measure necessary to comply promptly with the findings and conclusions in the final report in order to bring itself in compliance with the covered provisions. 2. The Party complained against shall, no later than 30 days after delivery of the final report, deliver a notification to the complaining Party of the measures which it has taken or which it envisages to take to comply.
