Compliance with Administrative Procedures. General Agent and Broker-Dealer shall fully comply and shall cause Representatives to fully comply with the administrative procedures of CUNA Mutual relating to the Products and the policies and procedures adopted by CUNA Mutual relating to privacy, agent conduct and similar matters to the extent such policies and procedures are applicable to the soliciting, sale and servicing of the Products, as those administrative procedures and other policies and procedures are now in effect or may be amended or established in the future by CUNA Mutual in its sole discretion and communicated to General Agent and Broker-Dealer, as appropriate.
