Compliance with Animal Care and Use Requirements. Telix shall comply with all Applicable Law pertaining to the care and use of experimental animals and that all animals used in experiments with Licensed Antibody and Licensed Products and shall be provided humane care and treatment in accordance with the current applicable veterinary practices. Telix shall also comply with the Lilly animal care and use requirements referenced in the attached Exhibit H.
