Compliance with Code of Conduct. If applicable, the Purchaser’s officers, directors, employees and agents shall at any time for the duration of the Agreement comply with the Code of Conduct.
Compliance with Code of Conduct. Provider will at all times through the Term maintain a code of conduct applicable to its personnel and enforce such code of conduct. Upon request by BFA or any BFA Recipient, Provider will provide a copy of such code of conduct to BFA or the applicable BFA Recipient.

NEC undertakes to comply at all times with Supplier’s Code of Conduct available at : xxxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/code-conduct-0 and as may be updated by Supplier from time to time.
Compliance with Code of Conduct. During the Term, Employee shall adhere to the policies and standards of professionalism set forth in the Company's Code of Conduct as it may exist from time to time.
Compliance with Code of Conduct. State Street will at all times through the Agreement Term maintain a code of conduct applicable to its personnel and enforce such code of conduct. Upon request by any BFA Recipient, State Street will provide a copy of such code of conduct and (ii) effect updates to State Street policies (including, if deemed applicable by State Street, the code of conduct) to reflect reasonable requests of any BFA Recipient.
Compliance with Code of Conduct. Consultant agrees to comply with the provisions of Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx Corporate Policy No. 1, “Code of Conduct”, while working on Company assignments. Consultant acknowledges that the Company has provided Consultant with a copy of the Policy and materials explaining its provisions.
Compliance with Code of Conduct. Employee represents, warrants and covenants that Employee has complied, and will continue to comply through the duration of the Consulting Agreement, in all respects with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related Company policies.
Compliance with Code of Conduct. Vendor acknowledges that DGMX: (i) desires to conduct business only with vendors that are committed to DGMX’s ethical values, and (ii) has adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics which, as amended from time to time, addresses many important ethical issues, such as gifts, entertainment, business courtesies, vendor paid travel expenses, conflicts of interest, and anti-corruption laws (the “Code”). The current version of the Code is available at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx under Investor Information/Corporate Governance. These standards extend to all of DGMX’s business dealings, transactions and other interactions with vendors in all countries in which it or its affiliates or associates work, operate or interact with vendor or third parties. Vendor hereby covenants, represents and warrants that: (i) it has read and understands the Code; and (ii) it will not engage in any conduct that (a) violates the Code, or (b) encourages or tempts an employee or agent of DGMX to violate the Code. If Vendor or its employees suspects or identifies a violation or potential violation of the Code (whether by an employee of DGMX or otherwise), Vendor shall immediately report such violation or potential violation to DGMX’s Whistleblower hotline at 001 866 376 0139. Compliance with Code of Conduct. At all times in performance of the Study, Institution will either (i) comply with and will cause its employees and subcontractors working on its behalf in performance of the Study to comply with, the relevant provisions of the Sponsor’s Code of Conduct, which can be found on xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx, or (ii) comply with the terms of Institution’s own code of conduct, which Institution hereby represents and warrants has requirements substantially similar to Sponsor’s Code of Conduct.
Compliance with Code of Conduct. Licensee shall strictly comply with and conform to the code of conduct for each of the Owners which are identified in Schedule B to this Agreement, in the manufacture, distribution and sale of the Licensed Products, as they are defined in this Agreement and applicable Schedules, and shall allow Learfield or its designees to verify compliance with said applicable code, including access to all records and all locations at which Licensed Products are manufactured, decorated, warehoused, distributed or otherwise handled. Any amendments, revisions or changes to an Owner’s code of conduct will be posted on Learfield’s website, and such amendments, revisions or changes shall be effective and binding upon Licensee on the first business day after they are posted on Learfield’s website, URL: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Failure of the Licensee to comply with and conform to the code of conduct for each of the Owners, as applicable, or any amendments, revisions or changes to any of the foregoing, shall be a material breach of the Agreement and shall give Learfield the immediate right to terminate the Agreement under paragraph 14.3.
