Compliance with COVID-19 Proclamations. A. Consultant shall comply with COVID-19 Proclamations in the performance of the Services, irrespective of when the COVID-19 Proclamations are issued, and as they pertains to performance of the Services. The cost of such compliance is non-compensable, except as otherwise expressly stated herein. B. Consultant is responsible to ensure that its subconsultants and suppliers comply with COVID-19 Proclamations at all times in connection with the performance of their Services.
