Compliance with ISPS Code and will procure that each Mortgaged Ship will comply with the requirements of the ISPS Code including (but not limited to) the maintenance and renewal of the ISSC for each Mortgaged Ship pursuant to the ISPS Code and will immediately inform the Agent if there is any actual or threatened withdrawal of the ISSC for any Mortgaged Ship;

Compliance with ISPS Code procure that the Approved Manager or any Operator will: (i) maintain at all times a valid and current ISSC in respect of the Vessel; (ii) immediately notify the Lender in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC in respect of the Vessel; and (iii) procure that the Vessel will comply at all times with the ISPS Code;
