Common use of Compliance with Law and Policy Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Law and Policy. (a) The Supplier must, in performing its obligations under the Agreement, comply with the Laws relevant to the provision of the Supply by the Supplier under the Agreement and with the Local Jobs First Policy comprising the ‘Victorian Industry Participation Policy’ and ‘Major Project Skills Guarantee’ (if applicable).

Compliance with Law and Policy. (a) The Supplier must, in performing its obligations under the Agreement, comply with the Laws relevant to the provision of the Supply Works by the Supplier under the Agreement and with the Local Jobs First Policy comprising the ‘Victorian Industry Participation Policy’ and ‘Major Project Skills Guarantee’ Xxxx policies (if applicable).

Compliance with Law and Policy. (a) The Supplier must, in performing its obligations under the Agreement, comply with the Laws relevant to the provision of the Supply Goods by the Supplier under the Agreement and with the Local Jobs First Policy comprising the ‘Victorian Industry Participation Policy’ and ‘Major Project Skills Guarantee’ Xxxx policy (if as applicable).

(a) The Supplier must, in performing its obligations under the Agreement, comply with the Laws relevant to the provision of the Supply Services by the Supplier under the Agreement and with the Local Jobs First Policy comprising the ‘Victorian Industry Participation Policy’ and ‘Major Project Skills Guarantee’ Xxxx policies (if applicable).

(a) The Supplier must, in performing its obligations under the Agreement, comply with the Laws laws (including but not limited to the WHS Legislation) relevant to the provision of the Supply Goods and/or Services by the Supplier under the this Agreement and with any policies or standards specified in the Local Jobs First Policy comprising the ‘Victorian Industry Participation Policy’ and ‘Major Project Skills Guarantee’ (if applicable)Purchase Order.
