Common use of Compliance with Laws; Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Laws; Indemnification. The Subcontractor shall comply with all applicable federal, State and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and orders applicable to the Subcontract and to the goods delivered and/or services performed thereunder, including Marketing Research/Insights Services. Subcontractor agrees to indemnify and hold Northstar and the Division of Lottery harmless from any loss, damage or liability resulting from a violation on the part of Subcontractor, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates and subcontractors, of such applicable laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and/or orders.
