COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND POLICIES. In addition to complying with the terms and obligations set forth in this Lake Xxxxxx Independent School District Facility Use Agreement (“Agreement”) and policy GKD, the Applicant/Lessee must also comply with all other applicable laws, board policies, regulations, and guidelines. All laws (federal, state, local) and Lake Xxxxxx ISD policies are in effect 24 hours per day, including the times a facility is rented. An organization’s failure to follow applicable laws, board policies, regulations, or guidelines will result in the District denying use of the District’s facilities to the organization. Nondiscrimination Statement No school facility shall be used by any group or individual who is not in compliance with the requirements of all Federal or State statutes, regulations, and rules prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, disability, age, or other legally protected classifications. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
