Compliance with Leases. (i) Make all payments and otherwise perform all material obligations in respect of all leases of real property to which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, keep such leases in full force and effect and not allow such leases to lapse or be terminated or any rights to renew such leases to be forfeited or cancelled (except, in the case of the Borrower and Subsidiaries of the Borrower only, if in the reasonable business judgment of such Subsidiary it is in its best economic interest not to maintain such lease or prevent such lapse, termination, forfeiture or cancellation and such failure to maintain such lease or prevent such lapse, termination, forfeiture or cancellation is not in respect of a Qualifying Ground Lease or an Operating Lease of an Unencumbered Asset and could not otherwise reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect), notify the Administrative Agent of any default by any party with respect to such leases and cooperate with the Administrative Agent in all respects to cure any such default, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to do so.

Make all payments and otherwise perform all obligations in respect of all leases of real property to which the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries is a party, keep such leases in full force and effect and not allow such leases to lapse or be terminated or any rights to renew such leases to be forfeited or cancelled (except if such failure to maintain such lease in full force and effect or prevent such lapse, termination, forfeiture or cancellation is not in respect of a Qualified Ground Lease of an Unencumbered Asset and could not otherwise reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect).
Compliance with Leases. Comply with all material terms and conditions of the Leases, if any, and all other lease or rental agreements covering any premises or property (real or personal) wherein any of the Mortgaged Property is or may be located, or covering any of the other material personal or real property now or hereafter owned, leased or otherwise used by any Loan Party in the conduct of its business, and any Governmental Requirement, except where the failure to so comply could not cause a Material Adverse Effect.

Make all payments and otherwise perform all material obligations in respect of all leases of real property to which the Borrower or any Subsidiary thereof that owns a Borrowing Base Asset is a party that are material to the operations of such Person, but in any event, including, without limitation, each Qualified Ground Lease and keep such leases in full force and effect and not allow such leases to lapse or be terminated or any rights to renew such leases to be forfeited or cancelled (except, in the case of Subsidiaries that own a Borrowing Base Asset only, if in the reasonable business judgment of such Subsidiary it is in its best economic interest not to maintain such lease or prevent such lapse, termination, forfeiture or cancellation and such failure to maintain such lease or prevent such lapse, termination, forfeiture or cancellation is not in respect of a Qualified Ground Lease of a Borrowing Base Asset and could not otherwise reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect).

The Company is in material compliance with the Leases to which it is a party, including all express and implied covenants thereunder, and no written demands or written notices of default or non-compliance have been received by Seller or the Company. Except proceeds attributable to interests being held in suspense in accordance with prudent industry practice, all proceeds of production which the Company is disbursing or is required to disburse to third parties have been and are being accounted for under appropriate division orders, transfer orders or similar documents signed by or otherwise clearly binding on the parties receiving such proceeds and reflecting as to each party the decimal interest of such party.

Seller is in compliance in all material respects with the Leases, including all express and implied covenants thereunder, and no written demands or notices of default or non-compliance have been issued to or received by Seller. Except proceeds attributable to interests being held in suspense in accordance with prudent industry practice, all proceeds of production which Seller is disbursing or is required to disburse to third parties have been and are being accounted for under appropriate division orders, transfer orders or similar documents signed by or otherwise clearly binding on the parties receiving such proceeds and reflecting as to each party the decimal interest of such party.
Compliance with Leases. To Seller’s Knowledge, Seller is in compliance in all material respects with the Leases, including all express and implied covenants thereunder, and no demands or notices of default or noncompliance have been issued to or received by Seller.
Compliance with Leases. The Issuer Parties are in compliance in all material respects with each Lease to the extent relating to an Asset, including all express and implied covenants thereunder. No material written demands or notices of default or non-compliance or dispute (including those received electronically) with respect to a Lease to the extent relating to an Asset have been issued to or received by the Issuer Parties that remain uncured or outstanding.
