COMPLIANCE WITH LOBBYING POLICIES. A. Contractor agrees that if it is a Lobbyist Employer or if it has retained a Lobbying Firm or Lobbyist, as such terms are defined by Authority in its Ethics Policy, it shall comply or ensure that its Lobbying Firm and Lobbyist complies with Authority’s Ethics Policy. B. If Contractor (Lobbyist Employer) or its Lobbying Firm or Lobbyist fails to comply, in whole or in part, with Authority’s Ethics Policy, such failure shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement and Authority shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend this Agreement.
