Compliance with Manual. In order to protect the reputation and goodwill of COST CUTTERS and to maintain uniform operating standards under the Marks and the Business System, the FRANCHISEE will, at all times during the term of this Agreement and the terms of the Cost Cutters Franchise Agreements signed by the FRANCHISEE, conduct its Cost Cutters Businesses in accordance with COST CUTTERS' confidential Operations Manual (the "Manual"). The FRANCHISEE acknowledges having received as a loan one copy of the Manual from COST CUTTERS.
Compliance with Manual. In order to protect the reputation and goodwill of CITY LOOKS and to maintain uniform operating standards under the Marks and the Business System, the FRANCHISEE will at all times during the term of this Agreement conduct its business in accordance with CITY LOOKS' confidential Operations Manual (the "Manual"). The FRANCHISEE acknowledges having received as a loan one copy of the Manual from CITY LOOKS.
Compliance with Manual. Licensee shall comply with all requirements in the Manual. Licensee is solely responsible for keeping itself informed of the current requirements in the Manual by reviewing from time to time the version posted on the SunSpec Alliance Website (xxx.XxxXxxx.xxx) and for making any necessary changes to its practices to remain in compliance with any revisions to the Manual. SunSpec Alliance is under no obligation to inform Licensee of changes to the Manual other than by posting the revised version on its Website, but SunSpec Alliance agrees to refrain from taking action without prior affirmative notice to Licensee if the provision upon which the SunSpec Alliance action is to be based is materially different from the Manual that is applicable to this Agreement on the Effective Date. If Licensee does not agree with any changes to the Manual, Licensee’s sole remedy is to terminate this Agreement as provided herein.
Compliance with Manual. Franchisee shall operate the Licensed Business in conformity with such uniform methods, standards and specifications as Franchisor may prescribe, in the Manual or otherwise, to insure that the highest degree of quality and service is uniformly maintained. Franchisee shall acquire and maintain, at all times, all equipment and software required by Franchisor for operation of the Licensed Business. Franchisee shall offer all of the goods and services designated by Franchisor and no others without the written consent of Franchisor, which consent Franchisor may withhold for any reason. Franchisee shall assure that all telephone calls are answered live in compliance with the Manual.
Compliance with Manual. The Health Services Manager must comply with, and ensure all Health Services Manager Personnel and Network Providers comply with the draft Policy and Procedures Manual on and from handover of the Health Services in accordance with the Contract until a final Policy and Procedures Manual is completed in accordance with this clause 3. Following its completion, the Health Services Manager must comply with, and ensure all Health Services Manager Personnel and Network Providers comply with the final Policy and Procedures Manual.

In order to protect the reputation and goodwill of WCH and to maintain uniform operating standards under the Marks and the Business System, the FRANCHISEE will, at all times during the term of this Agreement and the terms of the We Care Hair Franchise Agreements signed by the FRANCHISEE, conduct its We Care Hair Businesses in accordance with WCH'S confidential Operations Manual (the "Manual"). The FRANCHISEE acknowledges having received as a loan one copy of the Manual from WCH.

In order to protect the reputation and goodwill of WCH and to maintain uniform operating standards under the Marks and the Business System, the FRANCHISEE will at all times during the term of this Agreement conduct its Business in accordance with WCH'S confidential Operations Manual (the "Manual"). The FRANCHISEE acknowledges having received as a loan one copy of the Manual from WCH.
Compliance with Manual. Licensee shall comply with all requirements in the Manual that pertain to the Xxxx. Licensee is solely responsible for keeping itself informed of the current requirements in the Manual by reviewing from time to time the version posted on the Wi-Fi Alliance website and for making any necessary changes to its practices to remain in compliance with any revisions to the Manual. The Wi-Fi Alliance is under no obligation to inform Licensee of changes to the Manual other than by posting the revised version on its website, but the Wi-Fi Alliance agrees to refrain from taking action without prior affirmative notice to Licensee if the provision upon which the Wi-Fi Alliance action is to be based is materially different from the Manual that are applicable to this Agreement on the Effective Date. If Licensee does not agree with any changes to the Manual, Licensee’s sole remedy is to terminate this Agreement as provided herein.
Compliance with Manual. To protect the reputation and goodwill of Franchisor and to maintain high standards of operation under the Proprietary Marks, Franchisee shall conduct its business in accordance with the Manual, other written directives which Franchisor may issue from time to time (whether or not such directives are included in the Manual), and any other manuals and materials created or approved for use in the operation of the Hotel. The Manual, any such written directives and any other manuals and materials issued by Franchisor, and any modifications to such materials (collectively hereafter, the “Manual”) shall supplement this Agreement.
Compliance with Manual. Without limitation to any other provision in this Agreement, Franchisee will comply with all material provisions of the Manual at all times, including by operating the Franchised Business strictly in accordance with the standards of customer service, safety, cleanliness, environmental care, consistency, training, brand image, advertising, promotion, and management prescribed by Franchisor. Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that, in order to ensure that the System remains competitive and responds to changes in technology, Athlete preference, and other factors, Franchisor is permitted to update, amend, and expand the Manual at any time, and that Franchisee will be bound by any such revisions. Franchisor will make the Manual available to Franchisee in electronic form.
