Compliance with Mortgage. Subject to applicable requirements set forth elsewhere in this Lease, Lessee shall comply with all applicable provisions of any Facility Mortgage, and shall comply with any reasonable request for information (including, without limitation, any financial information that may not be expressly required in this Lease) from any Facility Mortgagee.

Compliance with Mortgage. Notwithstanding anything in this Lease to the contrary, Tenant agrees to make monthly escrow payments to, or for the benefit of, any mortgagee or the servicer of such mortgagee (collectively, “Lenders”) for the insurance, real estate taxes (including any installments of special assessments and other assessment charges and interest), or other expenses, to the extent that such payments are required pursuant to any mortgage of record.

Compliance with Mortgage. In carrying out its duties and obligations under the terms of this Agreement, Owner shall take no action that will constitute a default under any Mortgage. In carrying out its duties and obligations under the terms of this Agreement, Operator shall take not action permitted by this Agreement which would constitute a default under any Mortgage a copy of which has been delivered to Operator unless, in Operator's reasonable judgment, Operator's failure to take such action would adversely impact Operator's rights hereunder.

Lessee shall, at its cost, comply with all applicable provisions of any Property Mortgage and related loan documents (including, without limitation, the Xxxx Xxxxxxx Loan Documents), and shall comply with any reasonable request for information (including, without limitation, any financial information that may not be expressly required in this Lease) from any Property Mortgagee. Lessee shall not be required to comply with any obligations more onerous than the obligations in the Xxxx Xxxxxxx Loan Documents, but will use good faith efforts to cooperate with any reasonable Property Mortgagee requests. Further, Lessor shall reimburse Lessee for any reasonable costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) incurred by Lessee in complying with any request for information from any lender contemplating entering into any such Property Mortgage or related loan documents after the Commencement Date, except to the extent that such requested information or act is in compliance with existing obligations of Lessee under this Lease, or in negotiating any amendments to the Lease required by, or any loan documents to which Lessee would be a party with, any such proposed lender.
Compliance with Mortgage. So long as the Loan shall remain unpaid, the Borrower will comply with the terms and provisions of the Mortgage.
