COMPLIANCE WITH OSHA STANDARDS. The Firm shall comply with all applicable requirements and standards as specified by the Occupational Safety and Health Act for duration of the contract.
COMPLIANCE WITH OSHA STANDARDS. All working facilities, conditions and procedures used during construction, installation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Cable System shall comply with the standards of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and such other Applicable Law.
