Compliance with Privacy Legislation. To the extent that it deals with Personal Information in conducting the Activity, the Recipient must: (a) comply, and ensure that its Personnel comply, with applicable Privacy Legislation; (b) not cause the Agency to breach any obligations imposed by the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Xxx 0000; and (c) immediately notify the Agency if it becomes aware of an actual or potential breach of privacy.
