Common use of Compliance with the FDIC Rule Clause in Contracts

Compliance with the FDIC Rule. (a) CRB, in its capacity as Servicer, Administrator and Seller agrees to perform the covenants and agreements set forth in Article XII of the Indenture applicable to it and to otherwise comply with the terms of Article XII of the Indenture. (b) The Depositor agrees to perform the covenants and agreements set forth in Article XII of the Indenture applicable to it and to otherwise comply with the terms of Article XII of the Indenture.
