Compliance with this Agreement. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of its agreements and conditions set forth or contemplated herein that are required to be performed or complied with by the Purchaser on or before the Closing Date.
Compliance with this Agreement. The Company shall have performed and complied with all of its agreements and conditions set forth or contemplated herein that are required to be performed or complied with by the Company on or before the Closing Date.
Compliance with this Agreement. 53.1 Complaints, queries and concerns regarding entitlements paid in relation to the Award or this Agreement shall be raised and resolved in accordance with the disputes procedure in this Agreement. Authorised industrial personnel shall be provided access to time and wage records in accordance with all legal requirements. Relevant Union Officials shall be provided access to time and wages records in accordance with the FW Act.
53.2 The Employer will conduct an audit using the Audit Form provided for in APPENDIX 6 to confirm compliance with:
(a) Awards and workplace arrangements which have been certified, registered or otherwise approved under the relevant industrial legislation.
(b) Legislative requirements such as:
(i) the Fair Work Act 2009; or
(ii) QLD/NT Workers Compensation; or
(iii) Superannuation; and
Compliance with this Agreement. Seller shall have performed and complied with all agreements and conditions required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with by it prior to or at the Closing.
Compliance with this Agreement. Borrower shall have performed and complied with all agreements, covenants and conditions contained herein including, without limitation, the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 hereof, which are required to be performed or complied with by Borrower before or at the Closing Date.
Compliance with this Agreement. The rates and allowances prescribed in this Agreement are the minimum amounts to be paid by the Employer. The Employer must pay each and every rate and allowance in this Agreement as and when they fall due.
Compliance with this Agreement. Each of the Company and NCPS, on request of the other, agrees to provide reasonable assurances (including written representations) of its compliance with the terms of this Agreement and, in order to verify such compliance, reasonable access to any documents in its possession referring or relating to any Prospect (whether or not the Prospect invests in any Offering of the Company).

43.2 In addition to above, the Parties recognise their ongoing legal requirement to be compliant with Australian laws and regulations.
43.3 The Employer will conduct an audit using the Audit Form provided for in APPENDIX SEVEN to confirm compliance with:
43.4 This audit will be conducted annually and/or when there is a request by an Employee that there is a reasonable suspicion of non-compliance. The audit will be undertaken in accordance with ISO9001-2008 by an auditing company agreed between the Employer and the majority of Employees. A copy of the audit record will be provided to all Employees, and any representative nominated by the Employee.
Compliance with this Agreement. Unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing, during the period of time that any arbitration proceeding is pending under this Agreement, the Parties shall continue to comply with all those terms and provisions of this Agreement that are not the subject of the pending arbitration proceeding.
Compliance with this Agreement. Each of the Parties shall, and shall cause their respective Affiliates to, comply in all material respects with the terms of this Agreement.
