Compliance with WHS and Environmental Laws. Each Party must comply with, and must ensure that all its Personnel comply with: (a) all applicable Laws relating to work health and safety; and (b) all applicable Laws relating to the environment and contamination; in relation to the provision of the Services and the site on which the Services are to be provided.
