The Assisted Business is required to supply the County with proof of compliance with the Montana Workers’ Compensation Act while performing work for the State of Montana. (Mont. CONTRACTS WILL BE TERMINATED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 9 IF THE ASSISTED BUSINESS FAILS TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME FRAME.
