Compliance with XXX. Grantee acknowledges that, pursuant to the ADA, programs, services and other activities provided by a public entity to the public, whether directly or through a grantee or contractor, must be accessible to the disabled public. Grantee shall not discriminate against any person protected under the ADA in connection with all or any portion of the Grant Plan and shall comply at all times with the provisions of the ADA.
Compliance with XXX. Every amendment to this Indenture or the Securities- shall be set forth in a supplemental indenture that complies with the TIA as then in effect.

Every amendment, waiver or supplement of this Indenture or the Notes shall comply with the TIA as then in effect; provided, however, that this Section 9.3 shall not of itself require that this Indenture or the Trustee be qualified under the TIA or constitute any admission or acknowledgment by any party hereto that any such qualification is required prior to the time this Indenture and the Trustee are required by the TIA to be so qualified.
Compliance with XXX. GOVT. CODE §2276.001-.002. In order to comply with TEX. GOVT. CODE §2276.002, the Firm verifies that it does not boycott energy companies and will not boycott energy companies during the term of the agreement.
