Compliance with XXX. Grantee acknowledges that, pursuant to the ADA, programs, services and other activities provided by a public entity to the public, whether directly or through a grantee or contractor, must be accessible to the disabled public. Grantee shall not discriminate against any person protected under the ADA in connection with all or any portion of the Grant Plan and shall comply at all times with the provisions of the ADA.
Compliance with XXX. Every amendment to this Indenture or the Securities- shall be set forth in a supplemental indenture that complies with the TIA as then in effect.

Compliance with XXX. Every amendment, waiver or supplement of this Indenture or the Notes shall comply with the TIA as then in effect; provided, however, that this Section 9.3 shall not of itself require that this Indenture or the Trustee be qualified under the TIA or constitute any admission or acknowledgment by any party hereto that any such qualification is required prior to the time this Indenture and the Trustee are required by the TIA to be so qualified.
Compliance with XXX. The Medical Center and the Association further agree that the 15 Medical Center and the Association shall be permitted to take any and all actions 16 necessary to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as state 17 statues and local ordinances requiring reasonable accommodation of disabilities, and to 18 avoid liability under the provisions of said laws. If such actions necessitate actions 19 inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, then the parties agree to bargain with 20 regard to the effect of such action on other bargaining unit employees, but in no event shall 21 actions undertaken by the Medical Center or the Association reasonably believed 22 necessary to comply with the ADA or similar statutes or obligations lead to additional 23 financial or equitable liability on the part of the Medical Center or the Association, either as 24 a result of a grievance under this Agreement or otherwise.

NOVATO acknowledges that, pursuant to the ADA, programs, services and other activities provided by a public entity to the public, whether directly or through a grantee or contractor, must be accessible to the disabled public. NOVATO shall not discriminate against any person protected under the ADA in connection with all or any portion of the Grant Plan and shall comply at all times with the provisions of the ADA.
Compliance with XXX. Xxxxxx agrees to comply fully with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Compliance with XXX. Mentors and Resident Educators will follow the guidelines outlined by the Ohio Department of Education (ODE).
